Yoga is a wonderful union of mind-body-spirit connection. It can be whatever you need it to be for you.
Is Yoga a religion?
Yoga is not a religion and you can practice yoga as a Christian. I promise, you will not be praying to another God or summoning any demons.
Why do they say "Namaste"?

I'm Amy Mottl and I have been on my yoga journey for about 8 years now. Yoga has helped me calm my anxiety, focus my mind, and heal my body. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga and that I have been called to create space for your opportunity.
As a yogi, I am also a student, always learning. Your yoga practice is a personal journey and not to be compared to another's. Learning to accept and love where we are in our bodies and our lives is part of the process of being yoga.
I'm looking forward to holding space for you and your practice.
See you on the mat!
